A normal day for a Zion Lion consists of being pushed to pursue excellence whether it be in the classroom, on the playground or in the halls. Excellence is the standard for our Zion Lions!
We focus on how to train, prepare and equip our Zion Lions to walk out the unique calling that each of them holds. We make it a priority to show Christ through our words and our actions.

Meet Our Pastors:
​
Garrett Cuzick, along with his wife Briana, serve as the Lead Pastors of Gathering Place Church. In addition to his pastoral duties, Garrett speaks weekly at ZCA's Chapel services. Growing up, Garrett attended Zion Christian Academy until 8th grade. He has so many fond memories here at ZCA and loves seeing other students create lasting memories of their own. They have four children Daniel, Ellenora, Luke and Jake.

Together, both Garrett and Briana understand the importance of creating a safe environment for your children; "School is not how it used to be. The culture has changed drastically, even in elementary school. Together, along with the help of parents, we can instill strong morals and values at a young age. We cannot let the world tell them what is right and wrong, it's our job!"
Garrett's style of preaching can be described as refreshingly
transparent, uplifting, and practical. Pastor Garrett empowers and challenges others to step out and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
